What I ate today
"To the bone"
I watch the show on Netflix today called To The Bone and it's about eating disorders in anorexia made me think about something. I feel like that woman sometimes the fear of eating that I will not eat because I don't want to be sick or I don't want to be fat again I didn't have this surgery so that I can be fat again I get so scared so so scared when I go to the doctor on they weigh me. I never want to be that person and it's not just the weight it's a person I was totally different when I was that person and I never want to go back.

9 yrs later
If you are 45 and older and grew up in a household like mine. We grew up learning that you ate what was on your plate and if not it was sitting there for you next meal, but now 9 years later what I've learned is it's okay to not eat everything on your plate

Today is St. Patrick's Day. I dont get out much but for all u. Have Fun. So far i had Irish Stew from Sams Club. sample day. i was good.
3-14-2015 Homemade dinner
Tonight i cooked. I made Bertoni 4 cheese tortellini with a Wegmans Parmesan cream sauce. Really good.

Pano's Restaurant
I love Taki's on 12th street....great prices and love the waitresses but lately we have been going to the Breakfast place because they have corned beef hash the Chris loves and they have creamed dried beef that reminds me of home.
But ...we have found a great place now - 24/7 Pano's Restaurant on 38th St.
